Due to the temporary closure of our pub, the Wheatsheaf Inn, we have decided to sell our popular dishes to take home. We will provide heating instructions and tutorial videos. This will be available from the Kitchen Store. For those who are self isolating we can arrange delivery. We would prefer you to order food in advance so we have enough time to get it prepared. These takehome products will need to be cooked at home. We have created instructions to make it easy for you. Our fish and liver both come raw, we have tutorial videos showing you how to cook them like we do at our pub.   


These products have been cooked by us and you will only need to heat them up. We have also created instructions to help you with this. For example our Beef Brisket, we have a video tutorial showing you how to cook it.

We also sell a choice of fish on a bed of fennel and white wine with a choice of garlic butter or saffron butter wrapped in a foil parcel ready to put in the oven. You can also buy our herb crust to sprinkle on top of your fish.

Fish with fennel

Put foil parcel on an ovenproof tray and into the oven at 180C for approx. 25-30 minutes depending on the type of fish. There are some images below.

Brush the fish with oil, sprinkle herb crust on top of the fish and cook on an ovenproof tray in the top of the oven at 180C  for approx. 20 minutes depending on the type of fish. See the images below.
